THE OBEDIENCE OF SAUL ACTS 9:19b-31
It's accepted truth that Saul was saved on the road to Damascus - except it's not true! He was not saved until he obeyed the command of Ananias to "Get up and be baptized, and wash away your sins" (Acts 22:16). The saving obedience of Saul Began with Baptism, and continued when he Began to Preach Jesus (Acts 26:19). His continued obedience Brought Opposition because there were many who didn't want to hear that Jesus is the Messiah. Last Sunday's morning sermon examined the Obedience of Saul, which was seen in him doing what he was told to do. Is that obedience seen in you? The audio is available under the Audio tab, Weekly Sermons. Feel free to listen, download, and share.  Also, Sunday's evening sermon, Timothy: Paul's Protege, an examination of the life of Timothy in preparation for studies in 1 and 2 Timothy, is available. Please listen and share.

Our Mission
It is our desire to serve God according to His will as authorized for His church in the New Testament.  As prescribed in Revelation 22:18-19 we seek to neither add to nor subtract from the doctrine contained in God's Word.  We're simply christians working together for the glory of God who trust that "the good hand of God is on us" (Ezra 7 & 8).  We have two godly men serving as shepherds of the church; Gary Phillips and Mark Venable.  James McClenny serves as the preacher.  The members, elders, and preacher are united as one with one aim - the praise of God's glory (Ephesians 1:6, 12, 14).
